- Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 12 hours after placed.
- Orders that are already in production cannot be cancelled.

- You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
* LOST PACKAGES :
- LiveGems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If an incorrect address was provided in the order, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement.
- If your package tracking shows "Delivered" but hasn't arrived to you, we recommend that you speak to the postman who delivered your mail or contact your local post office with tracking information.
