- Ready-to-ship products are shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Custom products are made-to-order and shipped within 5 to 7 working days.
* SHIPPING :
- Shipping time is in addition to production time.
- For US shipments; Standard shipping time via Usps is 3-10 business days.
- Shipping is done by FedEX and UPS for international orders.
- Packages will be delivered within 3-7 business days to most countries. However, it may take longer if there are delays due to your country's custom processes.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been shipped. Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up shipping times.
- We've found that UPS is the best shipping method for international orders. If you want to upgrade your shipping method, please contact us.
- International orders may be subject to customs or tax fees by your country upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility. It is separate from the shipping charges paid on your original order with LiveGems. LiveGems assumes no risk for lost international packages.
