- We accept returns on all items that are not personalized or engraved. Products are returned unused and in their original packaging within 5 days from the delivery date.

- Engraved Jewelry
- Items Purchased On Sale
- For your return requests, send us an e-mail with the subject "Return Request" at info@livegemss.com.
- Include your Name, Order Number and Reason for Return.
- We will review your request after we receive your email.
- After approval, we will ask you to return the product to us via USPS.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
